RattyRat's Review: Hands down, this is our favorite travel cage! It's the perfect size, closes securely, easy to clean, and has semi covered sides to keep out the wind (all you have to do is throw a hand towel or two over the wire part to keep your rats warm or out of the sun.) The thing we really like about it is the way the handle is attached. With some carriers if the bottom isn't snapped on tight, you could pick up the carrier by the handle, and as you are walking with it, the bottom could drop off. This could mean the loss of your rat or worse. This cage's handle is attached to the bottom, so no worries about whether or not things are snapped together properly. We use this cage to transport rats to the vet, and also to hold our rats while we clean their cages.
