Karen's Review: Although my kids and rats love it - as the one who is primarily trying to handle the rats it's tough to reach them when they are anywhere but the top 2 levels - and you can't get to the tank without taking the top off - other than that - the issues with urine along the sides holds true - I'm going to try the seed guard idea and see if it helps - otherwise I do love it - we watched a friends rat who was in a different "typical" rat cage and had litter and food everywhere - so this one was definately a good buy for us!
