Peek-A-Boo! All our rats love this game! Take an old blanket, preferably one they have already chewed holes into, and sit down on the floor with your legs spread out in front of you, knees up. Throw the blanket over your legs and spread it out. By doing this alone, it creates a fun playground for your ratties to explore. They will love running in and out from under the blanket. You can add variety by pushing your legs down flat on the floor so that now instead of a big cave they have four dark tunnels to scoot through by traveling along your legs. The true fun, though, is by playing peek-a-boo with them every time they poke their little heads out from underneath the blanket. When you spot a little ratty face, say "peek a boo", or "I see you", in a happy, excited tone, and then try and tickle them with your hand, or even better, use a feather toy! They should run back under the blanket, and then pop up again out of another hole. Just keep repeating it until one of you gets bored with the game.
