King of the Mountain Rats inevitably want to be right were you don't want them to be. That's what makes this game work so well. All you do, is when your rat comes up to a favorite spot were they want to be, such as maybe on your knee, take them off and set them back down on the floor. If they are a little stubborn rat, like most are, they won't like being told what to do, and will climb right back up! Then, just place them right back down on the floor again and keep repeating the process making playful noises so that they understand that it is a game. It becomes a contest of the wills, although it is always a good idea to let your rat win so that they will want to play again.
