Horsey Rides Rats love horsey rides! I know it's hard to believe, but they do. We discovered this as we were on our hands and knees busy playing chase with our rats. All five of them were really into the game, and as we were crawling back and forth chasing the group, a couple climbed up onto our back. Once up there, they stayed there. When we put them back on the floor to chase again, they climbed right back up. So we crawled all over the room with them up there and they would run from one side of our back to the other, taking in the great new perspective they had on the room. We now regularly throw our rats up on our back and give them horsey rides. When they get tired of it, they simply jump off, and move on to the next activity.
